Greg helped my wife and I find our cabin in Truckee just over 2 years ago. Throughout the past 2 years we kept in touch and he kept us up to speed with the local market. Back in January we made the decision to move to Truckee full time from Houston and Greg could not have been any better. Not knowing Boice is not a presence had diminished I noticed Dickson seemed to be the leader nowadays. Selling my home and not knowing any agents at Dickson I called the main line and asked for to be transferred to a top agent so I was transferred to Greg Poulsen. Very glad got him. He is very knowledgeable, sharp, responsive, and there is always the fine line of being to "salesey" and not enough. Greg was perfect. Greg is very positive and easy going. We looked at over 12 houses in a serious snow storm one day with 3 small children in tow and Greg never complained. We just closed escrow on a house after only a few months of looking. Greg was fabulous.
