My experience working with Kylie Keenan. In July 2022 I reached out to the president of Dickson Realty to discuss my selling of my house, the house he sold to me 8 years ago. Instead of him working to sell my house he assigned a person to me called Kylie Keenan. What makes Kylie so good is she brings so many skills to being a real estate professional. Skills with computers, cell phones, realty applications, contracts, rules for selling and buying houses, working with customers, and guiding us through the process and not making us feel stupid.

She respects everyone. She is also an organized person that believes in establishing a repeatable process and the importance of build a plan, work your plan, adjust the plan when needed. She then translate it all into normal people talk. Other great attribute of Kylie, when she does not have the answer for a question she will tell you, “I don’t know but I will get you an answer”. Just the way it should be, never guess and be honest.Last, Kylie has a great sense of humor when we were working. The best was, are we eating off the ceiling fan blades … little too much cleaning going on in here. Final Results, when my house went live in the internet, 3 days later we have a contract. We had 8 customers in 3 days use the computer to set up my house evaluation. Third day we got an offer for exactly what I wanted.
